Music arrangements taught are scrutinized by over 40 maestros and instructors that come together prior to the commencement of the conference. Songs selected are arranged by celebrated world renowned arrangers that also participate on our prestigious team of maestros.

Our conference has also served as a springboard that led to the start up of school/community based mariachi programs throughout the state. Over the past 19 years, thousands of students have participated in our program, most returning year after year. A track record in encouraging students to stay in school, graduate, and move into successful lives in their communities has been established. In addition to students growing in musical and dance abilities, self confidence, self worth, academic improvements are few of many benefits enjoyed by participants.
