Nonprofit Offers Space for Lease.
The New Mexico Educational Assistance Foundation, a local nonprofit, is offering 22,000 square feet of office space for rent to other local nonprofits at an "extremely reasonable rate."
The space is available for rent immediately and is located in the Journal Center complex on the first floor of 7400 Tiburon St. NE, 87109. New tenants can rent a portion of the space and are welcome to make improvements and/or modifications to the space. Rent is negotiable and the space includes:
- Large, open outdoor space with seating
- Large, equipped breakroom
- Back-up generator
- Loading dock
- Bathrooms
- Shower on the first floor bathroom
- Can negotiate shared reception services
- Near by walking and biking trails
