As a NM Small Employer or nonprofit organization, you are invited to respond to the NM Small Employer Health Insurance Exchange survey, which provides the State of New Mexico with information on how small employers understand the new health care insurance reforms passed by Congress in 2010. Please follow this link, https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/JQZR837 to respond via web. Responses are confidential and only cumulative data will be reported.
This survey is conducted by Policy Connections, LLC (www.policyconnections.org) through a federal planning grant to the NM Human Services Department. Please take about 15 minutes to answer the questionnaire. Your input is valued and will help policy makers as they deliberate how to best structure a NM Health Insurance Exchange to benefit small employers, nonprofit organizations and their employees.
