Description:

NewLife Homes (Albuquerque) has a community room that is available for organizations to use, free of charge.

The community/meeting space is located at the Sundowner Apartments, a former Route 66 motel that was transformed into affordable housing in 2013. With a capacity of 50 and Central Ave. views, it's a great space to host meetings, trainings, art exhibits, and more. It's been used by such diverse groups as the City of Albuquerque, Working Classroom, NM Asian Family Center, and Narcotics Anonymous, among many others.

The community space is available for rent during business hours, after-hours until 10 p.m., and on weekends. The building is well-lit and secure, and rentals outside of business hours will be provided key access.
