Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsibilities
• Provide employment coaching and career planning.
• Assist families with resumes, applications, and interview preparation.
• Connect participants to workforce training, education, and community resources.
• Develop partnerships with local employers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and grant reporting.
• Track participant progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Housing, Education, and Family Services teams.
• Maintain participant confidentiality.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications
Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, Business, or related field
• Experience in case management, workforce development, or employment services
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Valid New Mexico driver's license
