Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The WESST WBC Program Director is directly responsible for delivering to WESST a compliant and functionally operational WESST Women’s Business Center (WBC) in accordance with WESST guidelines. This includes overseeing training, consulting, and partnership-building initiatives that align with WESST’s mission.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Program Director supervises their WBC’s staff and manages programs in compliance with WESST directives that ensure meeting Federal Grant obligations, Federal specified guidelines (including but not limited to applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFR); Office of Women’s Business Ownership (OWBO); and Small Business Association (SBA) grant requirements).

Other Information/Requirements: 

- Position based in Las Cruces
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate, business, education, or other consulting experience gained through higher education, professional, or lived experience.
- At least 3 years leading teams and managing programs, whether gained through education, professional, or lived experience.

Salary Range: 
$75,000 - $78,000 per year
