Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Visitor Center Cashier welcomes guests, processes admissions and memberships, and manages Gift Shop sales. This role requires accurate cash handling, efficient credit card transactions, and professional, concierge-level customer service. Responsibilities include supporting front desk operations, maintaining product knowledge, providing accurate information, collaborating with staff, and opening and closing the Visitor Center.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The role supports merchandise display, pricing, gift wrapping, and shipping preparation. This position also maintains a clean, organized Visitor Center environment through routine tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting.
