Staff Experience Coordinator (Human Resources)

Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Staff Hiring; Staff Onboarding and Support, including performance reviews, feedback surveys and exit interviews; Staff professional development and training.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Work toward increased staff diversity and staff retention; coordinate hiring of 30 seasonal staff each year in addition to year round hiring; Act as point of contact for HR concerns, ensuring that policies are followed; Create and implement systems for staff feedback, organizational improvement and staff training.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must be 21 years of age and meet criteria for vehicle insurance coverage; Background check required; At least 2 years experience in a staff support role; Strong administrative and organizational skills. Preferred: human resources experience; bachelor's or higher degree in a related field; Spanish fluency; connections with employment candidates in New Mexico
