Main Areas of Responsibility:
Staff Hiring; Staff Onboarding and Support, including performance reviews, feedback surveys and exit interviews; Staff professional development and training.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Work toward increased staff diversity and staff retention; coordinate hiring of 30 seasonal staff each year in addition to year round hiring; Act as point of contact for HR concerns, ensuring that policies are followed; Create and implement systems for staff feedback, organizational improvement and staff training.
Salary Range:
$19 - $25 per hour depending on experience
