Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee the completion, accuracy, and retention of SeedCorps grant related records
Leads the process of annually reviewing and updating all SeedCorps policies, forms, and SOPs. Some examples include but are not limited to: Serve Site MOUs, Member Service Agreements, Member Handbook, Performance measure information, theory of change/logic model, financial processes, recruitment, onboarding, and orientation SOPs
Submits monthly and year end narrative reports
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
As part of the Community Initiatives team, defines and communicates the strategic vision and mission for the Community Initiatives department (CID)
Ensures the goals relating to SeedCorps Program support the accomplishment of the Food Bank’s mission
Creates project plans and timelines for the SeedCorps program for 2 to 3 years into the future
Provides oversight and support to SC Program Manager in all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of members
