Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Museum of New Mexico Foundation is seeking one full-time and one part-time Sales Associate to support our five retail shops in Santa Fe. Sales Associates provide exceptional customer service, assist customers on the sales floor, maintain an attractive and organized shop, restock merchandise, and develop strong product knowledge to support sales.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

What you’ll do:
Assist with daily shop operations.
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor.
Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally, referring issues to the Shop Manager when needed.
Maintain a clean, attractive shop and restock and display merchandise as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The Museum of New Mexico Foundation supports the Museum of New Mexico system in collaboration with the Board of Regents and New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs. The Foundation supports exhibitions and education, retail and licensing, financial management, advocacy, and special initiatives. Since its inception, it has raised more than $90 million from donors and members.
