Main Areas of Responsibility:
⎯ Support the planning, coordination, and execution of all Public Programs at SITE SANTA FE
⎯ Administrate Public Programs responsibilities, including:
● Communicate with the presenters about their program, timelines, expectations, etc.
● Prepare contracts with presenters and ensure timely payment
● Coordinate all travel and accommodation for presenters
● Compile biographies and headshots of presenters for promotional efforts
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
⎯ Coordinate other needs in support of the programs, including AV, facilities, and other staffing
⎯ Coordinate special needs for each program including layout, tech riders, presenter green room requests, and presenter media
⎯ Support other departments with the logistics of live programming as needed, such as annual benefit and other membership-related events.
