Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Manager serves as the operational and programmatic lead for gallupARTS, overseeing gallery operations, community programming, grant project implementation, communications, and assisting with administrative compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of gallery shows, classes, events, and special projects.

Other Information/Requirements: 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ experience in nonprofit or arts administration, or program management
- Experience with grant writing and reporting
- Experience coordinating events
- Familiarity with financial recording and reporting processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
