Program Coordinator

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist with planning and coordinating events, trainings, meetings, outreach activities, and program logistics. Serve as a liaison with partners, agencies, and the public. Maintain records, reports, files, and program documentation. Support data collection, resource distribution, communications, and administrative functions. Collaborate with staff to advance program goals, demonstrate professionalism and initiative, and perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, administrative support, nonprofit operations, or related work. Experience coordinating meetings, trainings, events, or outreach activities is preferred.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Occasional statewide travel may be required
• Some evening or weekend work may be necessary to support events and trainings

Salary Range: 
$50,000 - $60,000 based on qualifications and experience
