Preschool Teacher

Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

You will be responsible for the overall health, safety, nurturing and quality of care and education for preschool children; 3-5 years of age enrolled in the program.
You will plan, prepare, and develop classroom curriculum; and interact with children in activities to promote social, physical, and cognitive growth appropriate to the children’s developmental stages.  

Other Information/Requirements: 

HSD or GED
A.S. or BA degree in Early Childhood Ed. or related field or minimum of Child Development Associate (CDA) or NM Child Development Cert or willing to work towards requirements within a specific timeframe.
Minimum of 1-2-years’ experience working with young children in an early childhood setting or a public-school setting
First Aid/CPR Certified or willing to obtain within the first 6-months of employment is required.
Driver’s License/Proof of Insurance
