Main Areas of Responsibility:
Prepare, purchase, store, and serve food in accordance with USDA/CACFP and NM Environmental Division and other related child nutrition policies and procedures. Able to adapt to daily fast-paced food service environment for young children and work cooperatively and supportively with center staff. Ensure all activities and interactions will be in conformance with all federal, state, and local regulations, standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.
