Main Areas of Responsibility:
You will be responsible for preparing, purchasing, storing, and serving food in accordance with USDA/CACFP and New Mexico Environmental Division and other related child nutrition policies and procedures.
You must be able to adapt to daily fast-paced food service environment for young children and work cooperatively and supportively with center staff.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
You will ensure all activities and interactions will be in conformance with all federal, state, and local regulations, standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.
