Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Join our team as an Outreach Coordinator (OC) and play a vital role in the recruitment of the next generation of AMIGOS volunteers. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing local support for our school recruitment efforts and alumni engagement.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Execute classroom presentations to share AMIGOS programs with new students.
Nurture relationships with educators to facilitate continued promotion of AMIGOS in classes.
Connect with recent alumni volunteers and parents and support them to be advocates for our programs.
Other promotional activities such as attending service and/or college and career fairs and delivering fliers.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
Dependability and strong time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with prospective student volunteers, alumni, and parents.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Applicants must have flexible availability during daytime hours to give classroom presentations and facilitate other daytime events.
