Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Office Manager provides high quality office management including administrative and technology management, front office duties, operational support for in-office and remote work, and assistance for events, legal work and other projects. This position helps create a welcoming and organized office environment for visitors and community members, while ensuring staff have the support needed to work productively.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position also provides personnel and financial functions support, including the following: assist with certain auditor-approved financial controls for approving invoices, making deposits, maintaining petty cash accounts, etc., and assist with recruitment and hiring of new staff and staff transitions.

Required: in office presence approximately 90% of work hours, experience with maintaining and keeping office equipment, computer systems, and building appliances and equipment in good working order and condition, fluent spoken Spanish, proficiency using common office technology and software and the ability and willingness to learn new systems.

Salary Range: 
$49,845-65,000, commensurate with experience
