Main Areas of Responsibility:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NM PreK standards.
Foster social-emotional development using trauma-informed practices.
Complete observations, assessments, and individualized learning plans.
Build partnerships with families.
Supervise classroom staff.
Ensure compliance with ECECD, NM PreK, CACFP, and NAEYC standards.
Participate in coaching and professional development.

Minimum Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Eligibility for or possession of a New Mexico Birth–PreK Teaching License
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
