Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide coordination and leadership to the members of the Valencia County Multi-Disciplinary Team and support families at the VSS Child Advocacy Center. The coordination of these services will contribute to the following outcomes:

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Screen and triage referrals to the Multi-Disciplinary Team. Compile and Maintain Case Record/Information. Schedule/Facilitate and Coordinate Team Meetings. Educate the community regarding the MDT and recruit and onboard new team members as appropriate

Other Information/Requirements: 

AA (or working towards) in Human Service field and any combination of education and training with the target population or 2 years relevant experience in human service related field, team facilitation, problem solving and conflict resolution, and working knowledge, experience and expertise in the area of child abuse/neglect and family violence. Bilingual strongly preferred.
