Solicit and Steward Gifts
Special Projects and Events
Corporate and Foundation Relationships
Donor Database Management
Communication and Collaboration

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Play a vital role in engaging with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to manage and grow SWLC's donor portfolio. This includes identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts, recruiting new donors, and maintaining relationships with existing supporters. This work occurs predominantly with individuals and corporations.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Reqd:
3+ yrs donor engagement, major gifts fundraising.
Exp closing major gifts, recruiting new donors.
Exceptional communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of & residing in NM

Preferred:
exp working w nonprofits impacting women, POC & LGTBQ+ community
