Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Lead and refine the Land Initiative's strategy across its three goals. Develop and manage a ~$1M annual grantmaking portfolio, supporting grantees through implementation and reporting. Deliver quarterly Board presentations, build non-partisan coalitions with diverse stakeholders, and engage funders. Report to the President. Some in-state and national travel; background check required.
