Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Research, develop, write, submit, track, and manage grant proposals and reports
• Build and maintain relationships with current/prospective funders
• Maintain grant compliance, budgeting, outcome measurements, reporting
• Lead cultivation and stewardship of corporate partners for our Business Banquet program
• Support with events and individual giving as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The IG Manager serves as the primary grant writer, manages funder relationships, engages in compliance reporting, and supports special project initiatives. This position requires strong writing, data analysis, program budgeting, and project management skills, with an emphasis on outcome measurement. You will be responsible for executing the organization’s grant and corporate funding initiatives.
