Main Areas of Responsibility: 

As the HUD Case Manager, you will provide client-centered, trauma-informed case management and housing stabilization services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Española, New Mexico.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Intakes, individualize planning, case management, housing stabilization, landlord engagement, resource and benefits referrals, documentation, client engagement, travel locally

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have bachelors with 1 year of experience or associates with 2-3 years or HS/GED with 3-4 years housing/case management experience, must be able to drive locally
