Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The position provides person-centered, trauma-informed supportive housing services for residents and participants in both tenant- and project- based housing programs and coordinates a range of housing services.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The position manages a caseload. This position also provides supportive services, identifying and connecting resources, initiating referrals, and fostering community integration. Other Information/Requirements: 

- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or related field OR comparable professional and educational experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in housing, homeless services, or social services
