Main Areas of Responsibility:
Will provide leadership and coaching to a team of Wraparound Facilitators, ensuring the implementation of the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) process with fidelity and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing wraparound teams, providing support to staff, and working with families to navigate complex systems of care.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Obtain and maintain Wraparound Facilitator Certification from the New Mexico Credentialing Board for Behavioral Health Professionals within 6 to 12 months of enrollment. Complete the requirements of the Coach in Training track. Obtain the Coach Endorsement within 9 months from being accepted in the CIT track. Maintain Coaching Endorsement reviewed every 2 years at Wraparound Recertification Key Responsibilities
