Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Grants Manager plays a critical role in advancing GISF’s mission by managing institutional fundraising, including prospect research, proposal development, reporting, and relationship management with foundation, corporate, and government funders. This position works closely with Program, Finance, and Development staff to ensure a strong grant strategy, accurate reporting, and compliance with funder requirements.

A successful candidate for the Grants Manager role will:
Have demonstrated experience managing grants, including proposal writing, reporting, and compliance.
Be an excellent writer with the ability to translate program impact into compelling, funder-focused narratives.
Be highly organized, deadline-driven, and skilled at managing multiple grants simultaneously.
Enjoy collaborating across departments and building strong working relationships.
