Forensic Services Advocate

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Child Advocacy Center and SANE Unit by providing advocacy, crisis support, and case management services to child and adult victims of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and child abuse as well as their non-offending/protective parents and caretakers in a culturally appropriate manner.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist clients in obtaining appropriate resources. Communicate with partner on case. Maintain logs, contact with clients. Complete trainings. Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and agency meetings.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA in Human Service field and/or any combination of education and training with the target population or 2 years relevant experience in human service-related field with some experience in working with adults and children. Bilingual strongly preferred. Experience working with diverse populations. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
