Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Generation Justice (GJ) is seeking a seasoned, organized, great communicator who also has a commitment to social justice. Working closely with the GJ Director, this position supports all operational aspects, payroll, and human resources. This team player will have exceptional organizational skills and experience in non-profit operations and systems development.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversight of Budgeting & Payroll
Preparing Budgets for Board of Directors
Supporting Ongoing Operations, Structure, and Programs
Human Resources/Staff Development
Grant and Contract Management
Systems Management and Data Collection and Tracking

Other Information/Requirements: 

Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the GJ mission
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance Management/Budgeting/Payroll
Bachelors degree in related field
Fluency with both Google Suite and Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to pass a bacground check
