Main Areas of Responsibility:
− Assist the Facility Manager with regular maintenance of the building and grounds
− Assist in opening and/or closing procedures of the building
− Respond to staff needs in connection with the facility
− Support coordination needs of custodial team, including basic janitorial support
− Assist with security issues, as well as safety protocols and training
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
− Assist in maintaining supplies and inventory of equipment and furniture
− Assist in maintaining and enforcing organization of shared storage spaces
− Act as liaison with appropriate regulatory agencies when the Facility Manager is not present
− Support all internal and external events in SITE’s building, including nights and weekends
