Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Director serves as the organization's chief executive and public representative, providing strategic leadership, overseeing operations, supporting staff, leading fundraising efforts, and partnering with the Board to advance the mission. The role manages a $2.5 million budget and leads a dedicated team working to protect New Mexico's waters and promote environmental justice through community-centered advocacy.
