Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director (ED) is a visionary and strategic leader responsible for the overall success and sustainability of EMFP. The ED leads organizational strategy, operations, fundraising, and community engagement.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years leadership experience, preferably in nonprofit sector
Proven success in fundraising, managing budgets of $500K+
Experience with donor management systems, inventory tracking, and reporting tools
