Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of the Flickinger Center, responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight, and execution of programs and services. This visionary, hands-on leader will advocate for the arts, build community relationships, ensure financial and organizational sustainability, and promote the Center’s mission. The Executive Director reports to the Board and is accountable for overall performance and success.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee programming, strategy, and mission alignment in collaboration with the Program Director. Serve as Board liaison, providing updates and attending meetings. Represent the Flickinger at key events, build community partnerships, and handle public relations. Manage event scheduling and serve as on-site leader. Lead grant writing and development efforts. Oversee operations, HR, finances, and facility maintenance. Stay current on trends through professional development.
