Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The ED will oversee all facets of the organization’s operations and mission fulfillment; work closely with the staff and board to set the organization’s long term vision and develop strategies, programming, and initiatives to meet goals; serve as high profile spokesperson for the organization and for the sector, track opportunities to advance the field in our state, and serving as an advocate for the interests of the sector

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

-Responsible for external and internal organizational leadership
-Partnering with Board of Directors to set clear organizational goals
-Overseeing and supporting staff members
- Represents organization to funders, media, policy makers, and other philanthropic groups

Executive Director’s salary range is $100,000 - $120,000. Salary offer will be competitive and based upon the applicant’s level of experience and satisfaction of the qualifications listed above. Benefits package includes vacation, health insurance and retirement.
