Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

* Coach and mentor teachers through observations and feedback.
* Support curriculum and lesson planning.
* Monitor classroom quality and licensing compliance.
* Assist with Teaching Strategies GOLD, CLASS, and assessments.
* Coordinate staff training and professional development.
* Support NAEYC accreditation, grants, and continuous quality improvement.
* Build partnerships with families and staff.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field
• Experience supervising or coaching educators
• Knowledge of New Mexico early childhood regulations and best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
• New Mexico Birth–PreK License
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with NAEYC Accreditation, CLASS, and Teaching Strategies GOLD
