Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Manage Donor Portfolio: You are responsible for managing a portfolio of donors, strategically spending your time focused on renewals and new gifts from donors with the potential to give midlevel gifts ($1,000 - $9,999)

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Contribute to the Team: You’re an active member and contributor to the Development team, bringing your skills and capacity to collective efforts where you can have impact. Your willingness to collaborate makes you an essential member of the team’s success

Other Information/Requirements: 

You have 2 years of experience in fundraising. You enjoy cultivating relationships with new people and are committed to providing high-level customer service. You are willing and able to travel on occasion and have the ability to work evenings and weekends when needed. You have used fundraising software before and are tech-savvy. If you have used Raiser’s Edge, and/or are bilingual (Spanish) that is a plus.

Salary Range: 
$ 65,155.67 /year - $ 82,537.25 /year
