Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Donor Database Specialist is an integral member of the dynamic Digital Services, Quality and Analytics team. Using the Foundation’s donor database, the Specialist is responsible for the accurate recording and processing of a high volume of donor gifts, scanning documents related to donor gifts into the donor’s record and analyzing information and documentation from various sources to update entities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Specialist reports to the Director of Information Acquisition & Quality to maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of database records to support the Development Team in achieving its annual fundraising goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
• Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of prior database and/or other directly related experience required.
