Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Director of X Studio takes a lead role in the development, delivery, coordination, & evaluation of STEAM education and workforce initiatives, especially around teen programming. We take an inclusive, holistic approach to STEAM learning, to improve educational and economic opportunities for youth, offering a diverse set of activities that bring young adults and partner organizations together.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Director of X Studio will work with the Director of Education and Visitor Experience to set and manage the budget of X Studio, write program contracts, and track and report program results. Develop and nurture relationships with a broad network of partners including youth development, industry and education. Will manage both small-and large- scale projects with community partners in order to work systemically to affect change.
