Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Casa de Salud is seeking a visionary, creative and skilled DIrector of Operations to play a vital role in maintaining and expanding the financial, business, and operations systems that allow for this innovative organization to thrive. The Director of Operations will play a vital role in establishing, maintaining and expanding the financial, business and operations systems that allow for the efficient functioning of the organization and the clinic.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Roles include but not limited to:
- Devise operational strategies to ensure the growth of programs enterprise-wide, with a significant focus on clinical operations – and to implement process improvements to maximize ideal care of Casa’s community.
- Provide the organizational leadership team visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives; lead efforts to make progress where needed
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure financial stability

Other Information/Requirements: 

- 5+ years leadership experience
- Working experience of healthcare operations (clinic or other entity)
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience working in an operations, finance or other shared services function OR Associate’s degree and 12+ years of experience working in an operations, finance or other shared services function
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare or similar fields
- A strong understanding and embodiment of anti-racism, cultural humility, equity and inclusion

$100,000 to $130,000
