Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Development to support philanthropic growth for UNM Hospitals and UNM Children’s Hospital.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position plays a critical role in advancing strategic fundraising priorities, deepening donor engagement, and partnering with Hospital leadership to build a culture of philanthropy that strengthens health care for communities across New Mexico.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Baccalaureate degree
At least 3 years of successful fundraising and development experience, preferably in higher education/academic health care clinical institution.

Salary Range: 
$80,000 - $93,000
