Main Areas of Responsibility: 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Direct and execute NMWC’s Master Site Plan $15 million capital campaign.
2) Design and implement the development plan to meet the $1.5 million operating budget.
3) Supervise the administrative staff and serve as a member of the Leadership Team.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a highly dedicated and collaborative team at this premier wildlife rehabilitation and conservation education nonprofit. The Director of Development will lead efforts to achieve major gift, capital campaign, and annual fundraising goals.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Required Minimum Education and Experience:
 Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution.
 Five or more years of successful fundraising and development experience.

Salary Range: 
This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 plus benefits package.
