Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Director of Donor Development will lead and manage FCBH’s donor engagement strategies with a focus on cultivating and stewarding major donors. This strategic leader will oversee the Major Donor team, coordinate fundraising initiatives, and work closely with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) to secure key funding that advances the mission of FCBH.
