Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Development Manager supports New Mexico Wild’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts to advance its conservation mission. This position is responsible for executing programs to grow our advocacy network and generate unrestricted income for the organization with a focus on three areas: 1) membership acquisition and stewardship 2) annual giving mail and digital fundraising appeals, and 3) fundraising events.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

To do this work, the Development Manager oversees the organization’s CRM database; creates donor communications and manages production; and provides donor cultivation with a focus on gifts below $10,000.
