Main Areas of Responsibility:
This role manages the collection, organization, and development of program data and field testimonies used in grant proposals, donor reports, and partner communications. The coordinator also uses emerging AI tools to help draft content and improve internal workflows, ensuring all materials are accurate, compelling, and aligned with Faith Comes By Hearing’s messaging and style standards.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. Using advanced AI-based writing tools, generate drafts for partner reports and other donor-facing communications. Refine and edit AI output for accuracy, clarity, style, and voice.
2. Conduct targeted research on ministry projects (including funding levels, geographic focus, strategic goals, and measurable impact) to ensure all manually produced and AI-generated content is factual.
