Main Areas of Responsibility:
The CES Navigator assesses people experiencing homelessness and connects them to housing and services. Responsibilities include managing a client caseload, conducting assessments, maintaining HMIS records, gathering eligibility documents, coordinating placements, and collaborating with partners. Outreach may occur in shelters or on the street, with work rotating between Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
