Construction Project Manager

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

● Plan, schedule, and manage multiple repair projects, including critical repairs and disability modifications.
● Work directly with homeowners, volunteers, and contractors to ensure clear communication and project success.
● Develop project scopes, budgets and track expenses
● Maintain detailed project documentation

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

● Prepare a variety of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to show progress for multiple audiences.
● Collaborate with the Executive Director to evaluate project impact and support fundraising efforts.

Other Information/Requirements: 

● Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in residential or nonprofit settings.
● Knowledge of home repair and remodeling.
● Strong leadership and communication skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
● Proficiency with web-based communications and collaboration tools.
● Passion for community service and nonprofit mission-driven work.
