Main Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinate Upper Rio Grande conservation projects from setup through completion, ensuring crews are prepared, staffed, resourced, and operating safely. Lead seasonal orientation and ongoing technical training. Provide field leadership, project quality oversight, risk management, and incident response. Recruit, hire, onboard, and support crew staff and Corpsmembers. Provide operational, logistical, and personnel support across project locations.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Support partner outreach, project planning, reporting, and grant compliance; track project impacts, service hours, expenses, timecards, and in-kind contributions. Coordinate tools, equipment, supplies, and disaster-response deployments. Support new program initiatives, data collection, and GIS-based monitoring. Participate in the rotating after-hours On Call team and perform other duties as assigned.
