Community Support Advocate

Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

You will work under the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program to provide direct support and advocacy services to low-income individuals and families.connect with essential services like housing, healthcare, and food assistance.
You will track client progress, manage service plans, and following up to ensure clients receive the support they need.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This is an office based position with community work and travel to the following counties: Mora, Taos and Colfax

Other Information/Requirements: 

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
At least 1 year of experience in social services, case management, or community outreach preferred, but not required
Experience working with low-income individuals or families is a plus
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Strong time management skills to meet established deadlines
Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep accurate records

Salary Range: 
$23.00-$26.00/hourly; non-exempt
