Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

You will play a vital role in empowering low-income individuals, families, and seniors by connecting them with essential community resources and supportive services.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

You will provide personalized support to help clients overcome barriers to self-sufficiency, while also recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers who offer companionship and mentorship to vulnerable populations.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Human Services, etc.) preferred
At least 1 year of experience in social services, case management, or community outreach preferred, but not required
Experience working with seniors and low-income individuals or families is a plus
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (if applicable)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong time management and organizational skills
