CASA advocate coach

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Advocate Coach provides supervision and support to CASA volunteers, ensuring that children and youth involved with the CASA program receive sound advocacy and early permanency planning. The Advocate Coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching and coordination of volunteer advocate cases. Some training and activities occur on evenings and weekends

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Edit and prepare court reports, attend court, facilitate trainings and meetings, make community presentations

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Outgoing, social, and engaging personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by training sessions and other activities.
• High level of discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential information related to applicants and Volunteer Advocates.
